1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are available for items returned within 2 days of delivery, as per our Return Policy.

• You are eligible for a 10 days exchange policy as well.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging (including the jewelry box and tags) intact.

• Personalized or custom-made pieces are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2-3 business days of receipt), we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).

• Refunds exclude original shipping charges (e.g., ₹99 for orders below ₹1999) and the return shipping fee (₹59, as per our Return Policy).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue via email or WhatsApp.

• Upon verification, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you within 3-5 business days. If a replacement isn’t available, a full refund (including original shipping charges) will be issued within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or show signs of personal scent/residue are not eligible for refunds.

• Promotional items or free gifts included with your order are non-refundable.
